A Sequel?

I have been having a lot of questions regarding a sequel to Healer's Destiny lately... for all who have read it know it is definitely the first of a series. I have good news: I have actually started the writing process for unnamed book two! I have most of the story already, just got to get it all on paper. How long does this usually take you may ask? Well... as a mother of two, a full time nurse, a wife, and everything else in between it could take me much longer than I would prefer. Just know it is now a work in progress and each day brings it closer to a reality! Thank you to all my family, friends, and fans for all of the support I have received with Healer's Destiny, it has given me the encouragement I have needed to start the next of the series! And thank you to Prose by Design for all of the hard work they do for me! I promise to keep you updated on said sequel and even give sneak peaks along the way at my discretion!

Julee Page is an RN from SLC, UT. She lives with her husband and two beautiful sons. Reading has always been a passion of hers and writing followed easily behind. While she loves all types of literature, Fantasy and Science Fiction are her favorites. She hopes her works will be enjoyed by many in the years to come.

Newest Obsession

So, I have a list of obsessions that I am not always proud of (picking zits, crocheting, pretending to know how to sew, making up new recipes, and watching Glee), but my newest is by far the most addicting for me. Thankfully I have a husband that keeps me focused on the important things because if it wasn't for him I would totally forget about everything and watch every episode of ABC's 'Once Upon A Time' in one sitting. Whoever wrote this story should seriously go down in history for being genius. I don't want any spoilers because at a steady (but slow) pace my hubby and I are ticking one episode off at a time, SIGH. Man I hate responsibility sometimes. I truly aspire to write something as epic as this tale. The fact that my husband will sit and watch it with me, a man who hates to sit still and feels watching a movie is torture, is testament to how awesome this story really is. Someday I will be the writer of something just as great!

Fundraiser!

Hey everyone! I have started a fundraiser and it is called "Nate's Ears". It is for a man (husband and father of four) who lost his hearing and is trying to raise the money to get cochlear implants. We are doing a community yard sale, bake sale (cupcakes donated by locals), hot dogs (buns donated by Dunford Bakery), lemonade, and will even have Pop the Clown making balloon animals and doing magic tricks for all who stop by. This book, by Julia Crane, was such a page turner! I can't tell you how much I loved it. Keegan, a 16 year old elf with the power to go invisible, has been waiting for her "Chosen" her entire life. The battle against light and dark interrupts life for all supernatural beings. Spending a magical weekend with Rourk and her parents leaves Keegan happier than she ever has been in her life. Rourk is everything she had imagined him to be plus some. He adores her and their bond goes deeper than their souls. And then the Great Battle. Death and separation.
